In 2025 I released my long-form cassette ‘there is no place‘ on Ingrown Records. The album’s creation centered around an extended period of travel. as such it became an audio documentary of sorts; a journal and travelogue. To coincide with the release I created a series of images from related photographs taken during the same timeframe as the album’s creation. Think of them as covers for audio singles that don’t exist.
Every photo is upside-down or sideways save for the crow photos. I’m sure there’s a message there. I like that simply flipping an image can render an otherwise mundane photo with a newfound, abstracted perspective.
